Restaurants & Bars
Local Australian ingredients, traditional outback fare, international flavours, classic favourites: no matter what you’re craving the resort has an extensive selection of restaurants, bars and buffets for group dining. Plus, we offer a delightful variety of food and beverage packages crafted by our expert team, ranging from breakfasts to working lunches, and interactive stalls.
Guests can charge back to their rooms from any outlet around the Resort, can arrange Resort dine-arounds and vouchers to include food and beverage at listed outlets which can be charged back to your master account.
Activities
Successful team building is an important part of any conference or event. It can help teams become more productive, more collaborative, and more aligned. Ayers Rock Resort's established team building programs teach delegates skills that can be transferred to the workplace and unite teams through common goals while showcasing the natural and cultural spirit of this unique destination.
Activities include Desert Awakenings, Uluru and Kata Tjuta sunrise and sunset experiences, dot painting workshops, Punu woodcarving workshops, traditional tool demonstrations, bush medicine demonstrations, Kuniya Walk Tour, camel experiences, helicopter and scenic flight experiences, plus more.
Getting Here
Jetstar offers daily direct flights from Sydney and Ayers Rock Airport and operates a regular direct return service to Melbourne Tullamarine five times weekly.
Qantas operates direct flights from Ayers Rock Airport to Sydney 5 times per week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and from Cairns 7 times per week.
Connecting flights are also available from a number of other cities including Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Melbourne, and Perth.
Virgin Australia has two direct services from Melbourne and Brisbane. Flights from Melbourne operate up to 4 services per week on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, and flights from Brisbane operate 3 services per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Airport Transfers
Ayers Rock Airport is conveniently located just a ten-minute drive from Ayers Rock Resort. Non-exclusive coach transfers are included in the accommodation rate, and meet all scheduled flights in and out of Ayers Rock Airport.
Exclusive airport transfers can be provided by AAT Kings for an additional charge. We highly recommend that you book exclusive transfers for large groups who will be arriving on the same flight.

Northern Territory Business Events Support Funding
You may be eligible to apply for the Northern Territory Business Support Fund, and we encourage you to apply!
Who Can Apply?
Business events planners or organisations considering the Northern Territory for their business event may apply for financial assistance of a minimum of $100 per delegate. Please note, if successful, the funding agreement is made between the event owner not the third party) and NT Business Events, and all funds are paid directly to the event owner.
Availability Checklist
Before starting your application, please ensure your event meets the following eligibility criteria:
- The event is not yet confirmed for the Northern Territory
- Other Australian or international destinations are being considered
- 80% of delegates will travel from outside of the Northern Territory
- This event has been held previously (i.e. this isn't a new event)
