Flying into Uluru is a breeze, with frequent flights from Australia's major airports to Ayers Rock Airport, located just 20 minutes from the Resort - with free airport transfers included!

Getting Here by Air
Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin all fly directly into Ayers Rock Airport from multiple major Australian cities, and once you land, a quick (and free!) shuttle bus will whisk you straight to Ayers Rock Resort. And when you fly into Ayers Rock Airport, don't keep your window shades closed - keep your eyes peeled for incredible views as you cruise over the Red Centre, a magical way to kick off your holiday!
Airport Transfers
Complimentary return coach transfers are available for all Ayers Rock Resort hotel guests arriving or departing on scheduled Qantas, Jetstar, and Virgin flights. Bookings are not required for this service. Upon arrival into Ayers Rock Airport, simply collect your luggage, follow the hotel transfer signs, and board the AAT Kings coach outside the terminal.
Return transfers to the airport depart approximately two hours before your flight. Please check with reception for exact departure times.
Getting Here by Car
Gear up for an unforgettable road trip that takes you into Australia's Spiritual Heart. Explore at your own pace, linger as long as you'd like, and experience the Red Centre's stunning scenery, incredible culture, and a few hidden gems along the way. Fuel up, hop in, and find your drive.
Car Hire
Hiring a car is a great way to explore the Red Centre at your own pace. Avis and Hertz rentals are available at Ayers Rock Resort, with pick up and drop off options from Ayers Rock Airport and the Resort. Choose from a range of vehicles including 4WD and standard Sedan options.
Getting Here by Coach
Travelling by coach is a great way to discover Australia's Red Centre. Travel by luxury air-conditioned coach, sit back and relax, and take in the vast and beautiful outback landscapes. Your driver will provide comprehensive commentary as you pass through the rugged scenery of the outback.
