Day 1

Wintjiri Wiru Kurpany

Arrive at Ayers Rock Resort. If arriving by commercial plane, complimentary airport bus transfers to your accommodation is provided. Hotel check-in is available from 3:00pm.

Afternoon: Experience the richness of Indigenous cuisine with Australian Native High Tea. Embark on a culinary adventure celebrating the diverse array of native ingredients sourced from Central Australia and around the country.

Evening: Immerse yourself in an Indigenous cultural experience like no other with Wintjiri Wiru Sunset Dinner. Enjoy cocktails infused with native Australian ingredients with stunning views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta, followed by a gourmet hamper at dusk, and an awe-inspiring drone and laser show illuminating the desert sky.

Day 2

Dinner by candlelight in front of Field of Light at Ayers Rock

Morning: Watch the sunrise over Uluru before enjoying an outback picnic with Seit Uluru Highlights. On this guided tour, you will learn about the cultural significance of Uluru, learning creation stories, and visiting culturally significant sites, including Mutitjulu Waterhole.

Afternoon: Enjoy lunch at Mangata Bistro & Bar at Desert Gardens Hotel, before a free afternoon at Ayers Rock Resort. We suggest you explore the Gallery of Central Australia, or take some time for yourself at the Red Ochre Spa.

Evening: Indulge in a feast for the soul with A Night at Field of Light. As darkness falls and the coloured lights of the 50,000 glass spheres gently come to life, join your table of fellow travellers for an exceptional three-course buffet menu infused with bush tucker flavours.

Day 3

Tali Wiru

Morning: Explore the mighty rock formations of Kata Tjuta at sunrise with the Seit Kata Tjuta Sunrise tour. On this guided tour, you will be immersed in the cultural significance of Kata Tjuta, and learn how the environment and geology of this unique environment have evolved over millions of years.

Afternoon: Enjoy lunch at Ilkari at Sails in the Desert, before a free afternoon at Ayers Rock Resort. After lunch, we suggest some optional touring such as a helicopter, camel or Segway tour.

Evening: Delight all your senses with an unforgettable meal with Tali Wiru. While you take in the magnificent views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta in this open-air restaurant, enjoy champagne and canapés as the sun sets, and an initimate four-course table d'hôte dinner with matched premium wines.

Day 4 - Departure Day

Uluru Sunrise

Morning: Enjoy a buffet breakfast at Ilkari at Sails in the Desert.

If departing by commercial plane, complimentary airport bus transfers to the airport is provided. Hotel check-out is 10am.

Sunrise Journeys Morning view

Morning: Connect with Country on our new Sunrise Journeys experience. Inspired by the artwork of three local Anangu artists, Sunrise Journeys will transport you through past, present and future as projected light and music moves gently across the landscape. After the experience, enjoy a nourishing breakfast with native-inspired flavours and Australian chai tea.
