Housekeeping will service your room daily unless you display your Do Not Disturb sign on the outside of your entry door. If you require a particular service time, please request by dialling 11 from your room between 8:00am and 6:00pm. 

Housekeeping services will mostly be undertaken between the hours of 8:00am to 10:00am and 2:30pm to 4:00pm

To prioritise a morning service, please call Housekeeping before 6:00pm on the previous day.
